Check out some of my favorite WFPB - SOS Free Recipes that I've enjoyed on my journey towards better health. WFPB-SOS is the diet that makes the most sense to me with my education and the research I've done with many different eating styles available. It's about not eating fake processed food. The earth made food just as it should be and perfectly balanced for the best possible nutrition. The more we alter our food, the more we add digestion issues and other problems/illnesses to our body. Living a Whole Food Plant Based Lifestyle allowed me to reverse many medical issues including high blood pressure, high cholesterol, eczema, obesity, irritable bowel syndrome, and acid reflux. I went from having daily pain with fibromyalgia, to only on cold and rainy days and with much less intensity. Growing up, I lived with a migraine at least once every month since I was 8 years old. Since adopting a WFPB lifestyle, I'm proud to say I am currently on a 7 month migraine-free streak!
